The birds finally came to our feeders!

I always am greeted warmly and staff is helpful and willing to go the 'extra mile' to make sure I leave with what I came for plus something extra in terms of resources.

The staff were extremely helpful in solving a problem of replacing some bird feeders and very patient.

The Store Manager “Kai” was amazing. He made our visit very enjoyable. We will return until we have purchased every item in your store. It’s such a pleasure to meet someone so passionate about birds and the company they represent. The highest level of customer service imaginable. Kai is awesome!!!

Prices overall are very high despite discounts. Replacement parts for hummingbird feeders and feeders that do not rust was very limited in selection options. Increasingly stores have limited selections with options only by ordering in or going online.

Seed prices are too high compared to reasonable alternatives. Did not have feeder I wanted for gold finches. Store was well stocked and fun to visit even though parking is an issue.

Many items got very expensive compared to a year ago. I also don't like that I can't see what is put into the cash register while my purchase is rung up. I really like to keep track while this is being done, not afterwards on my receipt.

That’s a high bar. You need to be “perfect” to get that rating from me.
