The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind to my grandson who was purchasing material for a school project. The young woman who helped us seemed to enjoy talking with him and exchanging experiences and knowledge about birds with him. He loved the shop and is ready to go back.

I found a gift that was perfect for my sister that I had not planned before my visit, and it was wrapped beautifully. I found the other feeder that I came for and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was so happy to get a free calendar with my purchase.

They are over the top service oriented… offer to carry out heavy bags of seed, etc. Never pushy and always knowledgeable about every product. My favorite place for all things bird!

The people helping at the store were extraordinary. Knowledgeable and passionate about the products; sincere and thoughtful in terms of helping the customer with appropriate selections for gifts, willingness to gift wrap and package the items purchased; advice regarding becoming a Member of the user club; and more!

A wonderful lady took the time to check out and hopefully identify a humming bird I took a photo with my phone. Then she answered and gave valuable advise on some humming bird questions. I ended up buying another feeder and two watering stations/insect inhibitors.

I went in to compare a birdfeeder I had with ones in the store because I thought mine might be defective/not well made. The salesperson in the store could've very well sold me on new feeder but instead told me that I probably just haven't been getting birds for other factors. I was really impressed by the education she gave me - I wound up buying some other items while I was there!
