The merchandise is always high quality. Have bought items from Wild Birds Unlimited before. But this is the first time doing it online.

When I walked in I was greeted right away and asked what she could help me with. I told her what I was there to get and she pointed me in the right direction. I was in and out in leas than 10 minutes.

We live in TN and come back to the Quad Cities to visit often. As the Nashville TN store has a very limited supply of our needs, we stock up while in Iowa and crate it all back to TN. Our needs are always in stock, the staff is always very friendly and helpful and we enjoy our visit to the store. The Nashville store does not carry what we feed the birds in our yard (no spicy options, not the correct size of peanuts we like to purchase to last us).

I had a lot of questions for the sales lady at the story and she handled all of them very well.

The feeders I purchased were high quality, easy to install myself in minutes and pleasing to the eye. However, the products were quite expensive and I was disappointed there was no discount for the amount I purchased (over $400).

picked up from door parking so many times since last March, employees know what my order will be when they answer the phone. it's become a kind of a joke. always courteous and never act put out.
