Love the knowledgeable staff, great selection of merchandise.

They always have the different seeds available and in the different bag volumes. This makes shopping quick and they always help me carry my bags to the car.

As normal, staff is highly knowledgeable with their products, can answer all questions in an professional manner and always willing to help.

Wild Birds Unlimited consistently has very high quality mixes of bird seed that is tailored to the birds in this specific area with lots of sunflower oil seeds. They also carry very high quality bird feeders that are cute and attractive but not useless, and that can handle the hard Iowa winters. In addition, the store occasionally rotates in new, appropriate merchandise such as bird baths and bird houses, and some insect houses and such, without cramming the store full of so much junk that you can't find what you are looking for. I feel as though the products in this store will actually do what they say they will do 90% of the time, such as attract certain birds or butterflies, or prevent squirrels from eating up everything! :) The staff is friendly and helpful without being weird.

Knowledge of salesperson

I needed two new bird feeders due to my old feeders being damaged in last summer's Derecho weather event. I wanted high quality, easy to clean feeders and knew I could get them at WBU. I walked in the door, went straight to the feeder wall, picked out the two Aspects feeders I wanted, grabbed the pair of bases I wanted off the wall, and proceeded to the counter to checkout. Staff was very pleasant and store was impeccably clean.

Our daughter made a few purchases over the years as gifts. I decided to stop in on my own. Glad I did, we try to shop local when we can. I/we will be back!

I enjoy shopping in your store. I usually find more items to buy than I came in for. There is always something new. My problem this time was that for the second time one of the items I always buy, was not available. However, the salesperson explained it was due to the weather related problems in Texas. I fully understand. Your staff is always very helpful and pleasant.
