The staff who waited on me provided great customer service. I was a little surprised though to find out that a purchased gift certificate did not print it's own receipt to be placed with the gift card. But the employee showed me where on my register receipt I can cut off the gift card information and place it with the gift card, which I did. Unfortunately, the birthday card I mailed to my sister in Urbandale (which contained the $50 gift card inside of it) was somehow lost in the mail. We have checked with the post office at both ends of the process (here and in Urbandale) and no one seems to know what happened to it. I called the store and asked about having the gift card shut down and replaced, but was told that the store manager would have to get back to me. So far, no one has returned my call. While not the store's fault nor mine, I'm disappointed that the store doesn't seem to be very interested in trying to help me fix this problem. Disappointing.....

we purchased a bird feeder, bird feed and mounting hardware for my mother inlaw for christmas thats two months away. thats the reason we would not return in the near future. the young lady who helped us was very helpful in our purchase

I believe the pricing is on the high side. It would be nice if special offers were made when purchasing several items.

I explained to the woman waiting on me that 3 out of 5 large seed cylinders I purchased last October were infested with an insect that caused webbing and infestation on the cylinders themselves. Her response was "if you buy too many at one time, you will experience this". I said one of them was viewed the same day I bought them. She responded "That could not be, because we handle our deliveries well...that is first in, first out". It happened on two out of the next four...and we use a cylinder every 3 to 4 weeks. I think you got the next out batch mixed up with the old batch and I got the old batch. She said she would pass that info on to the manager, Mark!
