Employee Ron was anything but helpful during a visit to exchange an item. This is not what we would expect from Wild Birds Unlimited.

Masking is no longer required in Iowa. I was told upon entering your store that masks were still required. I knew what I wanted, went right to it and purchased it and got out of there. I well could have spent more money and usually do. But was offended by having to mask Against my wishes.
