I received excellent service when I returned a feeder and feed cylinder which I had received from my daughter. I use a cylinder with screening that had a weight limit on size of birds before the screening blocks the feeding ports. I take it in at night to discourage raccoons. We also have quite a few pigeons and they would have been a ble to feed on the open cylinder. Your staff was quite helpful and I appreciate it very much that I received a full store credit which I can use to purchase more seed.
