The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The product is excellent.

We came in with a problem of our birds not liking the sunflower seeds,and throwing them all over. and this attracted rats to feast on the birds unwanted sunflower seeds. They recommended the perfect food that our smaller birds love. The food is already culled, and we call it fast food for birds. And later our bird feeder fell about 10 feet, and completely broke. So again they came to our rescue with a model that makes it impossible for squirrels and larger birds to get reach.

I've shopped at WBU in the past and always can find what I'm looking for and prefer it to online shopping.

It’s my favorite place to shop. Friendly people. Great merchandise. Staff is very knowledgeable. The domed birder was a bit pricey at $65 but it is high quality so with it. And I was given a small package of birdseed FREE. How nice!!
