Barbara West, the sales clerk, was extremely patient and helpful during my visit to the store. I am new to feeding and watching birds, so she listened to what I wanted and guided me toward the right items. She gave options and explained pros and cons of each, based on what I wanted. She even sent me an email later that day with a few tips regarding the goldfinch feeder I bought! She also helped me carry all of my items to my car! Just really above and beyond!! :)
