Jan was great. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She repaired our bird feeder we bought their years ago with a lifetime warranty. We did not think it could be repaired, but it is working great and our birds are so happy to have it back.

It's one of our favorite stores. Staff members are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Plus we learn something new about birds at every visit. When we were there earlier this week, we learned that Baltimore orioles are in the Charleston area during the winter. We're excited about the possibility of seeing them. We also like the variety of merchandise. I've bought unique gifts for many occasions including birthdays and holidays. Finally, it's easy shopping because the store is small and checking out is a breeze. Thanks for doing what you do.
