As always my shopping experience was excellent. I enjoy talking with the owner and staff about their stock and supplies, but also about birding, football, the weather, etc... It is always a pleasure to trade there, and I am treated like family.

I have been shopping at this store for many years. I enjoy seeing all the things they have in offer. The staff is always friendly and helpful!!

We have been shopping at Wild Birds for over 12 years . Last year we purchased a membership to the new program which expired in December 2023. When I went to purchase a new membership, there was no record of our previous membership. The clerk was very helpful and nice and ultimately made things right

The owner/staff is very helpful and nice. My purchases from Wild Birds began decades ago. I bought a steel bird feeder pole a long time ago, got two additional hangers for it and it has served me well until this year. The bottom of the steel pole is now bent. I was very suprised. The small attachment screwed on the pole to help push it into the ground was stripped, so I originally went in to get a replacement attachement, hoping to get the pole into the ground anyway. I found the store no longer carried this thickness of regular bird feeder poles (or the attachment) Being on a limited buget I was dissapointed to hear I may need an entirely new pole set. The owner was doing her best to try to help me figure out how to salvage what I have but it seemed possibly be fruitless. She was out of stock of the hummingbird poles (Christmas sales wiped them out,) that may work with my attachment hangers, but she wasn't sure. She immedialty put in an order for a pole and will contact me when it comes in. She showed me the stableizers that are available. Those were not available when I purchased my pole so long ago. That is a very good addition for the pole. But it won't fit my original pole.

Prices are getting ridiculous for seed. Time to go back to generic
