As always, the merch I needed was available, and the staff was friendly and helpful in getting my purchases to my car.

Karen and her staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always clean and neat.

Just easy to walk in, pick up bag, get discount, walk out.

The salesperson, Claire, has a dynamic personality, and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of birdwatching.

My order was delivered and stacked neatly on my covered porch in an incredibly fas manner. Also received a free gift which I never received from the previous WBU store I had shopped. Prices were the same on their site and the same when I logged into my account. It was NOT the same on the other store. EXTREMELY happy with this store and will definitely continue to shop there.

First, everyone is so knowledgable,friendly .Michael shared much information before I ever came there through a call. The people there are like curators of birds.
