The store always has what I need and is able to address my questions when I have them. I also appreciate getting credit for my coupon even though I forgot to bring it.

Always great service, and great product. I especially like the No Mess food as the bird feeders are in my garden. I don't get a build up of smelly decaying shells. Also the birds put out less energy to get their food.

Like quality of seed. Biggest selection of birding items. Like the explore.org on your large tv screen. I always go on this site at home. Highly recommend this site. Not only bird sites. Many other sites on explore.org of interest. Everyone has always been very helpful in this store. Been looking for a small hummer feeder. You had a big selection of small hummer feeders.

Staff was very friendly & helpful, big selection for small store. Disappointed at high mark up on heated bird bath, even with sale.
