Excellent Customer Service, knowledge & Friendly Staff

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and able to help me pick out good feeders and food for my situation. They were friendly without being intrusive. The variety of products was amazing. The first batch of feeders brought me so much joy I went back and bought a few more.

The sales person spent a significant amount of time with me explaining what feeders were appropriate for which birds, how to use and clean the feeders, etc. She explained about creating a backyard for birds and shared the value of water dispensers and nesting sites. She made me feel very excited about this new hobby and all the possibilties.

The staff was so helpful, providing a solution for my problem, never pushing merchandise. I love this store! I returned the following week with a part of my easy-clean feeder that wouldn’t work anymore - broken springs. Your staff member repaired it in minutes, at no cost. All staff are very friendly and helpful.
