I found new seeds for my feeders and had a lovely chat with sales person. Will be back to get new feeders end of summer and some of the hot seeds/holders.

No complaints. That in itself is unusual.

I ordered a small object online for delivery (due to laziness I didn't want to drive out to the store!) And the owner ended up refunding the shipping charge and delivering it personally to me to save me the cost on such a small item! Such a kind and selfless gesture. I have shopped there before but now I will never buy anywhere else.

WBU is my favorite store to get wild bird supplies from - from feeders to food to everything in between. The employees are always very knowledgeable and friendly and currently practice and enforce COVID-safe precautions, which I love.

I was surprised to have it delivered to my front door and so quickly!
