I have been a customer for many years and have always appreciated the friendliness of the staff. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. I always enjoyed browsing the wide variety of items and have gotten many gifts for my bird loving family and friends.

Shipping or delivery of my order has allowed me to continue feeding the birds. The nearest WB store is a 40 minute ride for me which turns into at least a 2 hour trip. I still purchase in store when I have the time but this option has made it much easier. Food quality is always good and they always have what I want in stock.

I've been to the store many times so I know what they have and can pick it up quickly. The people are friendly and and helpful.

We have been coming here since the store opened. Although we have not yet the new owners, the staff is fantastic. We especially enjoy our visit when Joy is there. My wife, Joyce and Joy go back a long way. It's a wonderful experience.
