The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. The selection is very good and unique. I went to 4 stores looking for a specific bird house and finally I found it at the Wild Birds Unlimited. Unfortuntely it is located a little out of my way, that's why I went there after searching in other stores. Thank you!!

It seems like there is more merchandise both quantity and variety. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different seed blends. Definitely a fun experience.

This was our first visit and the staff was very helpful. They helped us make a bird feeding station and educated us on how to keep squirrels away. The woman at the register helped us sign up for the rewards club and gave us a free gift. We were really happy with our visit and left feeling like valued customers.

I like going to the store and looking at the merchandise. Talking to the staff. If I have a question they can always help me.

I returned a feeder that was poorly designed and broke just days after buying it and the clerk took it back, no questions, and refunded my money. I then found a replacement feeder which has worked out well.
