Items were delivered personally to our front door with a brief note thanking us for taking care of the birds. It was nicely packaged.

The young lady who assisted us was impressively knowledgeable about wild birds and their habits and preferences. She was very familiar with all of the products you offer, and the pros and cons of each. She had all the time in the world for us and her enthusiasm was infectious.

I went in to ask about replacing a piece on a bird feeder I had purchased there a few years ago. The clerk helped me order it, and then answered a question about squirrels getting into our feeder. She helped me pick out a squirrel baffle. And it’s working!! It’s always a positive experience at this store...employees are knowledgeable and helpful.
