Ordering and pick up was easy. Products are high quality. An employee carried the 20 pound bag to my car.

Staff friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful

We liked the knowledgeable and patient staff. The stuff is confusing, and they made it more simple than we did. It is difficult to know what birds will like, and so far, they are not enjoying the giant feeder for the top of the pole yet--but we have hope. We joined the club and hope that we will feel happy about that choice. So far we have spent $400. and this is a lot of money for us regardless of the money off in the future (plus the cost of the membership). We love birds. There should be less expensive options for feeders and food to try it out before committing to big systems/houses/food. Thank you.

Loved the store and previous owner was great always a fun experience. Haven't had a chance to get to know the new owners yet but I like the bird excursions and maybe they could eventually get involved in travel when we get back to the old normal.

Wild Birds Unlimited is a store I go to for a spiritual uplift. I love birds dearly and always find something wonderful in this fabulous store. I shop for friends birthday and holiday gifts, and always end up buying something for myself, too! This is a unique store and I love shopping there. Staff is friendly and helpful and the bird seed club is a real help.
