I was greeted with a friendly hello and can I help you. I asked for some advise on changing the type of birdseed I've been buying. The person who helped me was very knowledgable and helpful in my selection.

The staff is great with their follow-up by phone for informational inquiries made; the store is attractively + conveniently laid out for browsing; and, everyone was quite helpful. I especially appreciated one of the staff carrying my purchase - two 20 lb. bags of no-mess blend seed to the car as I have disc issues w/ my back and would have had difficulty.
