Sales Rep was highly personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. The store is neatly arranged, items are displayed in a very visible manner and the quality of inventory/products is very much appreciated. We will be returning n the future.

Though i was disappointed the smaller hanging hummingbird feeder was not available, I did purchase the next size up. The salesperson was very helpful, apologetic and friendly.

Very friendly staff and quality products

Wild Birds Unlimited has always been one of my favorite stores. I am 70 years old and a bit handicapped and the staff is very friendly and always there to help me. I love going in there and walking around on days when I am feeling down; it always cheers me up. Like I said, the staff is great and personable...just like old friends. It's fun to share bird/animal stories with them. I always walk out smiling.

Checkout was easy. Everything was super friendly.

Always so very friendly - smiling at you when you enter (you can see it in their eyes) making one feel that they are truly glad to see you. Never rude! Love it that the staff always offer to carry out my purchases to my car and do so gladly!
