The staff was helpful and enthusiastic. I was only dissatisfied that the birdseed I wanted wasn’t in stock. I will be back in the future!

The items were out of stock, but the store offered and did deliver them to my home when they came in. Great service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, apologizing that we had to wait because the checkout line was not clearly defined as everyone tried to socially distance We were there during the new owner opening and found everyone to be welcoming and eager to make our experience a pleasant one. As usual, we purchased seed that is sold at a good price.

I feel that the quality of the products that are offered in the store are great quality and I don't feel that I have to second guess what I'm buying. I also enjoy buying other things other than bird seed. I like buying gifts for others when they are offered.

Friendly helpful people. They have the merchandise I want usually. I know when they get their shipments in when something is out of stock. Very convenient location for me. Good store hours.

We travel a distance to go to WBU but the quality of the food is such that I get birds that I haven't seen in years. The only reason I would not go to this store is if one opened up closer to me. So you're stuck with us and I can't wait to meet the new owners.

The lovely lady that waited on me was so pleasant and kind. Very professional. We talked about birds and she seemed so knowledgeable. She also assisted me in carrying my items to my car which she didn't have to.
