i think that this is getting way too long!!! overall a good experience

Since the recent bird disease issue I bought seed to refill my feeders. 10 days later I'm dull not getting birds. It really has nothing to do with the store or seed. Just think the birds are mad at me. : )

To be highly datisfied something extraordinary or special would have had to have happened. It was a satisfactory experience but nothing extaordinary.

The bird feeder has some attachments like a rain guard and seed catcher I would have liked to have purchased both of these items. Though this feeder was very costly $60.00 it should have come with a rain guard and seed catcher for that price.

I didn't put highly satisfied but I think I clicked the next best one. The store is a bit tricky, for lack of a better word. The small size, polite and knowledgeable staff, along with the slightly slow checkout process make the store feel homey and what you would expect, like going to the Larder in Doylestown, a small business that makes you smile. Making it bigger seems like you might loose your charm, but at the same time having a little more room would probably make the experience a little more comfortable, even when there is not a pandemic going on! I can't get there during the week and on the weekends it is very hard to be in that store when there aren't at least 3 people already in there! but we Love your store and your products and will keep coming back, even if we have to get delivery, which we did take advantage of at the early height of the pandemic. Thank you!

Just because the items are quite expensive, but I do know they are quality. I also think check out could go faster, particularly in Covid-times, when everyone wants to get out of stores quickly.

Not enough sales, prices too high and value for being a member should be higher

I like this store but they were not stocked on bird feeders like they used to be.
