Price for feeders and feeder stations were over priced. Especially since I know of a store were feeder stations cost no more than 50$. Price for bird food was also a bit expensive. I know it's more "premium" food so it doesn't bother me as much as the price of everything else.

Firstly, I want to say I usually have a good experience in your store. However, in this instance the person at the register immediately told me my coupons would not be good since the May coupons were not out yet. I had two coupons - one you mailed and one from the Backyard Bird Count as a participant. Both expired on April 30 and this was April 26. After I explained this, she scrutinized them and said only one could be used because the other was not recognizable to her. I was asked at least four times where I got the coupons, which were mailed to me of course. She went in the back and asked another woman who came out and never addressed me nor looked at me. Apparently, they decided together, that they would allow it to be used "even though it wasn't from this store" (the one from the Backyard Bird Count). After all that, I was finally able to pay for my $100 worth of seed, feeders and a gift item. Grueling experience overall. The saleswoman became friendly again after it was all wrapped up but Geez!

Left my $5 coupon in the car. Staff said don't bother getting it because she could apply it without the paper coupon. While making jokes and small talk she neglected to apply the $5 dollars off. I checked my receipt when I got in the car and saw it wasn't applied. I went back in with the paper coupon and was told they could only give me credit for my next visit. I appreciate the quality of your products and the timing of my visit was based on using the coupon because I find your quality products expensive.

why would you ask this question? I did NOT say that I was not satisfied with my experience. I looked back and do not see anything other than "highly satisfied" checked circles for my experience. Lisa Mergen was WONDERFUL! I will do more business with this store because of her efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction.
