Hi, my only real issue is that I can’t search WBU online without selecting a store first. I live about an hour from three stores, and I had to keep changing my store on the website (which involves multiple steps) before I figured out which store had the best combination of the items I was looking for. That said, although I was put off by the prices and waited months before deciding to purchase, the quality is exceptional and the customer service I received from Courtney at the Carlsbad store was next-level.
