We always have a great experience here. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. Sometime our seed is sold out, but they'll tell us when the next shipment is expected and we usually call first since it's half an hour away.

The delivery was much faster than anticipated, items were in great condition.

As usual,even with the changing of staff members,newer ones are just as helpful without being pushy. We love this place.

I love this store. I love the selection of merchandise. I love that they have records of all my purchases over the past years. I have a fountain my husband bought for me as a gift for Christmas one year. The pump has died. The woman at the register looked up the version of the fountain he bought and has placed a call with the manufacturer to see if they can track down a replacement pump or get a recommendation of an alternate or where to find an alternate. Even if we don't get an answer back, I was so impressed that she took the time to do some digging and at least try to help me with this. Wild Birds Unlimited is one of my favorite stores ever. I bought my mother a gift card so that she could go to a store where she lives, but it is simply not the same as the Carlsbad location. Thank you!

The person helping me noticed that I had picked up the hot pepper bits and knew that that was not what I meant. Another person got me what I wanted. Great service!
