FYI: I did not order online or by phone, the store is open so I just went there. It was the most pleasant experience. I went for an Oriole Bird feeder. A Clerk greeted me when I entered the store, I told her why I came in, she showed me the options. Great explanation on pros and cons of the choices. So easy to choose, no pressure on which one. Then she rang up my order, invited me to return. Great experience!

I like the selection of seed and enjoy seeing new items in the store. Also, if I have questions, there is always someone who can give me an answer.

Store recommended by a friend. As beginners with bird feeders, we had many questions. The young man patiently explained various options. We look forward to adding more feeders and types of food to encourage a variety of visitors.
