We always are greeted warmly, offered assistance, and are able to purchase the products we need. We also wish to thank WBU for giving us the information on the gold finch problem coming our way. We have made adjustments, and have confidence in keeping the many feathered visitors safe when they visit our yard.

Service and knowledge of staff

I have been buying bird supplies from this store in Carlsbad for a number of years. My birds are happy and so am I. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The birdseed is high quality. They have lovely gift items that are available. Also 3njoy their bird education via presentations and seasonal tips and currently warnings about a bird disease in our area and provided steps to protect our birds at our feeders and bird baths/fountains. Thank you !!!

They are friendly, I love the comfortable atmosphere. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I have a bad back, and they always offer to carry out my birdseed before I need to ask for help! I love watching the birds at the birdbath outside, and they play great calming chimes and bird sounds. I've even bought the CD.

I love this store! The staff is knowledgeable. It just feels good to be there!
