I love birds and while they did not have the suet buds, and love the store and employees

The personel in the store are personable and very knowledgeable about the habits of birds. The store is well stocked and they have examples of feeders that they sell outside so you are able to see how effective they are.

I've been a member for years. It's a fairly long drive to go to the store. Now, with Covid, I tried the online ordering and it was great. Same products, same price. I order enough to keep my outdoor birds fed for 2-3 months.

Beth was extremely helpful and patient with me as this a new hobby for me and I knew nothing!! She’s very knowledgeable and fun.

I bought a new bird feeder to prepare for the return of the hooded orioles. The woman who helped me at the counter showed me pictures of the orioles in the bird book and how the immature orioles will look much like the male and female together. She also told me that the birds remember where they were born and will probably come back to my yard. Very interesting!

Friendly staff, good selection of bird food and accessories.

Everyone is friendly. Happy to help me carry purchases to my car if they’re too heavy for me. They’re happy to look up a bird I’ve described that I’ve seen in my yard. I appreciate them.
