WBU is my favorite place to get all my needs to offer to all the wild birds that come to my yard to eat. They have the BEST quality in food as well as feeders. I have been buying from them for about 3 years now and I will continue. Their customer service is AWESOME and I really enjoy that they have so much knowledge to share when I have any questions.

Christmas gift for Father-in-law, never know what to get him (has everything), saw doors open and walked in. Staff looked up his profile and it was a HUGE success! He was extremely happy; it was "perfect and personal!" THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!!!

I brought in a cracked bottom dish from my bird feeder that I bought 10 plus years ago in another city. The owner said it was another brand on the dish, not their brand, and I said I bought it at Wild Birds many, many years ago so she said she would give me a new free dish. Then she took apart my feeder and screwed on the new feeder to make sure it fit. SUCH GREAT SERVICE! I insisted upon paying for the replacement dish and she said it had a lifetime guarantee. All the bird products we have are from Wild Bird and we will continue to shop there for their great products and awesome service. (PS: I even have a 5 foot wooden bird feeder statue of St. Frances in my back yard that was a gift from my late husband.)
