Wild Birds Unlimited

This is one of my favorite stores. The staff is wonderful.

I had a bad experience with the tubular feeder I have, two total, but just 1 of them. A small multi gray bird was stuck against the feeder and was dead. I called my neighbor to discard it. He had gotten his head stuck inside the feeder. I don't recommend this type of feeder so I brought back both of them. I got the hopper which looks safer and now they seem to enjoy it.

Always friendly and nice very knowledgeable

I was greeted upon entering the store and asked if I needed help finding something specific. I was offered a free calendar (which I love and have hung already!). I earned Bird Bucks and my attention was drawn to it. I was encouraged to take my time viewing what else was available in the store. The staff was well groomed and pleasant.

The salesperson was very helpful, but not overbearing. She gave honest answers to my questions, and didn't try to upset me on anything. I love this store for gifting purposes!

I've shopped this store for years and enjoy all the products offered. Staff are wonderful -- very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable...and it's nice that they know my name! This store also has great decorative & gift selections which I've used for birthdays & holidays. Plus the various events they have are a big plus to the customers and to the community -- BBQs, painting, bee expert, wild bird/raptor exhibits, etc. My neighborhood birds are very appreciative of the quality...love that No Mess blend!
