Store is laid out well and they have a wonderful array of products. The staff is friendly and helpful. They maintained good COVID hygiene.

I don't think Highly Satisfied needs to be explained. The second tier, ie Satisfied, is because I haven't done comparison shopping of prices so I don't know if I'm getting a good deal or not.
