We love Wild Birds and so enjoy the store. It’s just so expensive!

Mainly price. I think the quality and selection is fine, but the prices seem high. I'm at a point in my life where I have disposable income and value efficiency of time over saving every penny on transactions, so I was OK with spending a bit more than I thought I could spend if I went to a hardware store or Amazon.

The checkout can be a long wait. I know what i need, and where it is in store. Would like to be in and out. But am often behind someone that wants to talk to cashier.

Any issues aren’t the fault of employees, but might be resolved if store physical space were larger &/or there were more employees. Sometimes the merchandise falls, the spaces are crowded, it’s challenging to view certain items. And sometimes there’s a wait to get help, ask question or check out, but employees are always knowledgeable & friendly. Anytime I’ve had an issue they do their absolute best to resolve it.

It gets expensive feeding these backyard birds. The more you give, the more they eat Perhaps a free bag once a month?

Even though I have detailed delivery to front door ON bench, the delivery was outside my small open gate! In addition, the plastic is easily penetrated by mice! Less than satisfactory.

Owner of the store seems disinterested in positive customer service experiences, and doesn't engage with consumer concerns, or address and adequately address customer complaints.

Had a very bad experience during the pandemic with a very large women that was at the counter, she was very rude and inappropriate, that was over six months ago and unfortunatly I have not wanted to return there due to that negative experience

The price is way too high. Quality of no-mess seeds is inconsistent. Was not listened to nor got a response when i mentioned it in the past.

Had sign at door to wait for entrance Had to ask a staff person if I could enter after waiting without any info for 5-10 minutes. Product I wanted not in stock, got a substitute but Hummingbirds not interested yet
