My visit simply amounted to a sales transaction for bird seed. I think the bird bucks program is cumbersome. Don't understand why I need to save a receipt to show the bird bucks I have earned. There has to be an easier way.

Every time I come to bye hummingbird food it’s a different package the directions are not clear and you have to be a science whiz to know how much to use it’s very frustrating I don’t know why they can’t just say one part water one part packet or something along those lines and the food is only big enough for 2+ feeders so you end up with waisted hummingbird juice and who has room in the refrigerator keep it cold

It's weird to have to choose a store location. Just put them all together and send from multiple stores if you have to. Also, I bookmarked a product I wanted, then had to go change stores and added the item to my cart. Then I created an account and it cleared my cart so I had to do it all over again. Same when I added something else. So overall I added to my cart like 3 times.

I never received a shipping email with tracking details. The order was supposed to come from 1 to 5 days. I ordered on April 8th. Today is April 14th with no notice. I paid $107.87 and received nothing. I usually go to your store but I am injured and needed more bird food. I am very upset. This is not at all acceptable.

The young staff was less than informed or helpful. Didn't seem to care much. More like robots at the register.

I didn't say I was not satisfied. I'd be happier if it wasn't so costly. The more i put out the more birds come.
