They showed me exactly what I was looking for and was very patient with me for my future purchase of an expensive bird feeder. I would like to wait until there might be a sale.

I love this store. I regularly shop there. It's a beautiful store and I love browsing the merchandise. The employees are always nice. They know a lot about birds and help me find the right food for the birds I want to feed in my area. I can tell they really care about their customers and the birds they feed. They have a great variety of seed too. Also, every time I go there an employee offers to carry my seed to my car for me, which I really appreciate.

There are many places to buy bird feed throughout the area that have cheaper prices. However, there’s only one place that has the best knowledge of bird food, bird products, and especially bird knowledge and that is Wild Birds Unlimited in Chesterfield! The staff there are an outstanding resource for feeding birds. Dianne Bricmont, who helped me on my last visit, is a savant of bird knowledge. She and other employees in the store are the best most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met in regards to wild bird knowledge. Without their available expertise I wouldn’t be shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited!

I’ve been wanting to get a wbu multiple feeder system for awhile. I knew what I wanted but got there 20 mins before close on a Sunday. The team was very gracious, helpful and knowledgeable and helped me get what I need and out of there exactly at close. I LOVE my feeder system…it sits outside my home office window and I watch it all day. It got all the birds I wanted like yellow finches, cardinals, hummingbirds and nuthatches. Plus I really wanted no mess food so it wouldn’t sprout things in my garden and flower beds. Thank you.

I love popping in and discussing birds and our other wildlife creatures that hang around the feeder! Staff Is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Love the selection of items. Always makes me smile!

Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to chat with about all the seasonal birds showing up. I try to take a lot of pictures and video to show them.
