It is so easy to place an order on-line. Staff are super efficient and the order is available for pickup usually within a day. The store is clean, well organized and well stocked. The staff are very knowledgeable of their products and about birds in general. They can answer your questions and offer suggestions. They offer the Bird Bucks program which helps in savings. They offer periodic sales on a variety of items. They help in carrying your purchase to the car. It is always a pleasant experience to shop here.

It's a pleasure shopping with you guys. The owner of the particular store that I go to is very nice and engaging. The whole staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's an awesome place.
