I have come to rely on this store to have what I need and to be so knowlegable

I will not be returning soon because I was buying things as presents, but I only shop here for all my birdseed needs. It just a matter of when I need presents again. A friendly and knowledgeable staff that made for a nice experience.

Always look forward to my visits to the store. There is a combination of staff friendliness and the possibility of new merchandise that is irresistible. I select my regular bulk purchases and then browse for new ones. At checkout I look forward to earning points and spending time looking at the “live feed” from the bird feeding station at Cornell University. The staff are very receptive to my stories about our back yard and all the visits by birds and critters.

It's ALWAYS a delight to visit this store. Jen (and the entire staff) is very friendly, upbeat and knowledgable. Who knew shopping for bird seed could be so much fun?! And the store itself has a calming, peaceful vibe with so much to look at.

I was looking for a certain bird feeder which we bought on Cape Cod. It is the only bird feeder that is truly squirrel proof.
