The store was clean & was set up for physical-distancing/coronavirus-aware shopping. I said I was looking for 2 items, and she brought them to the register for me. It was a quick & easy, safe & productive, friendly shopping experience.

checked to see what bird seed I normally purchase and brought seed out to my car.

I had to choose "not very likely" for recommending the store because I don't know anyone that lives in that area. I'm the only one I know that travels 40 minutes to buy bird food. A few years ago I have mentioned your store to my friend and a family member that feeds birds but they said they'd never travel that far. I offered to pick it up for them and they said they'd never pay that much. Your food is very expensive. I get it because you carry "No Mess" options. I don't like paying those high prices but it keeps my yard clean. I have a small yard so there's no "way out back" to place feeders where it wouldn't matter so much to have shells/hulls lying around. Yes, I'm a member, but the 20% off isn't really much when you offer non-members 15% off. Sometimes the sale price is better than the member discount and you don't allow the member discount to apply to that. The bottom line is, your prices are too high even with the member price.

I shop there because the quality is consistent, variety to meet need seems fine, and it is a locally owned store rather than a big box store with a garden section the includes bird feeding products. A smaller store in these times also feels less unsettling.

Always have what I am looking for. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.
