I always enjoy visiting the store. When enter, it gives me a calm, peaceful feeling. The birds are singing, the merchandise is artfully displayed and I can easily browse. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is often a learning experience for me. I was quite saddened by the closing of the showroom, but continue to shop online and use curbside pickup, which I very much appreciate and so do my birds .
