I love visiting the Glastonbury store for my wild bird needs! The staff members are all friendly and extremely knowledgable. I’d much rather patronize a specialty store that is independently owned versus a large generic “pet” store. When I picked up my online curbside delivery items recently I was given a gift of a suet feeder and suet cake. I was SO moved by this simple gesture. To receive a gift during a time when the franchise owners must fear for the survival of their store...it brought tears to my eyes. I will remain a loyal customer!

Staff cheerful and quick to serve. Has everything I need for our birds. The store is so happy and cheerful, I love to linger and look around, and listen to the bird songs.

The staff is very knowledgeable and tentative to your needs. I usually go at least once a month and everyone is so friendly. If I go by myself the gentleman that works there always offers to carry my seed out to my car. He is so helpful
