Because the prices are outrageous. I started feeding wild birds because it was cheaper than owing a pet. Now the prices have just become astronomical and for the first time in 17 years I'm considering discontinuing the practice. The birds can eat the bugs and seeds from the native plants I provide as well as an all natural lawn.

I pay for membership to get 15% off food, and disagree with sales that give 15% off to nonmembers. Sure, I got another 5% off, but if nonmembers are getting 15%, members should get 30% during the sale.

There are so many wonderful items to look at. Prices are a little high for me for basic items like suet. I can buy it cheaper someplace else.

I was there with a damaged feeder. That particular feeder was no longer available, as there had been similar problems with a part breaking. But the store gave me an option of a refund, or replacing the broken part, with no guarantee that it would not break again, and not future replacement. I was grateful for the choice, and decided to get the replacement. The store manager also suggested a solution to a problem with starlings I’d been having. All in all, it was a good experience. I was just a bit disappointed that this model did not hold up, as WBU's products are generally of very high quality. Their service, however, is very good.

Prices are high. Quality is good but the price for any one thing is higher than I could obtain elsewhere
