Price. $2.50/lb for thistle seed is absurd. I but it from WBU only because I know it’s fresh.

I received Excellent service and excellent products . I understand this is a specialty shop and that comes at a premium cost but it does leave some “sticker shock “

Merchandise is expensive but the quality of the product makes up for it. The ideal situation would have the prices slightly lower.

Spent nearly $100 and at checkout presented a $10 off coupon which was refused with the statement that I couldnt use it as I was not a member. The coupon was in an email, emails I get frequently from WBU and no where in the email does it state that membership is needed. What gives?

1. I wanted plain white suet and by the picture because of summer I thought the”no melt” was the summer version. I called and asked if I could exchange it in the store as I had made a n error. They said no it is food. 2. I wanted to use my “bird bucks” on my order and it brought the total down which disqualified me to take advantage of the free shipping.

I wanted to exchange a new, unopened bag of WBU seed, purchased 4 mo. ago, for a different kind. They would not take it back. If your seed goes bad in 4 months, and there is no date on it anyway, why should I pay 3x as much as it costs elsewhere. Also, who ever heard of having to PAY for membership that gives members a discount?
