Wild Birds Unlimited

I purchased 2 bird feeders that have an unlimited guarantee. I came to the store to get the plastic tube replaced. The person said it looks like a bear attacked it. We don't have bear sightings here and I feel the plastic got old. He replaced it and the top hook and then told me that will be $23.93. I did not expect to pay anything because I never had to pay before. He said it was because of a bear. He should have told me there would be a cost before he did it and I would have walked out of the store with my broken feeder. What was I supposed to do then, ask to add the broken parts back. Birdhouse had nails sticking through that could injury occupants.

I am satisfied. I purchased a hummingbird feeder and have not used it yet.

Was told I could pick order up on Sunday. Drove there and nobody was at store. Called number and rec'd message that pickup times is Monday to Friday 10-3. I work 7-5. Sent email, never rec'd response and no order.
