There are lots of reasons. Staff are friendly and attentive. Answer questions well, and do not try to push a product. My reason for not visiting again in a few months is simply because I will not need more prroduct soon--no reflection on staff or merchandise. Also I live closer to the north side of Guelph, so I need to plan a visit as it is usually not on my way as I run other errands. Thanks so much fo your great work! I do love the store!
