Very nice staff and very helpful. You have quality merchandise and stand behind it. On my first visit I brought in a broken never feeder. They took it right away and said "looks like you need some parts"! They said "no charge" because they are guaranteed. I will be ordering my seed and supplies exclusively at this store.

Heather Purcell keeps a well stocked and organized store. She is friendly and always willing to assist me. I no longer get my bird food anywhere else except WBU Kalamazoo. Highly recommend!
