We shop Wild Birds about once a week. Louis is almost like family. She is warm, knowledgeable, funny, sincere. Knows us well. Shopping at WBL is fun. We look forward to it every week!

Like the products. For my first visit to the store, I received a cute raccoon ornament made of seeds to hang on my tree in my backyard!! I love good, unexpected surprises.

They are very friendly and helpful. I have been shopping here for a couple of years and I am very satisfied with the products, prices and the folks that work there. th cat is a great addition.

The Wild Bird Center is one of my favorite places to shop. Other stores may have lower prices but they can't beat the quality of the seeds and feeders I purchase at the Wild Birds Unlimited in Kalamazoo. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I do have one suggestion: Winter Finch food should contain more chipped Sunflower seeds and less thistle for northern states.
