Friendly people and quality merchandise. Amazing customer service. They went out of their way, literally, to make things right. (A free calendar was missing and they delivered it to me. WOW!)

I felt very safe and was greeted immediately. Merchandise was displayed with high visibility and eye appeal. Employees are always interested in discussing bird activity and have extensive knowledge of new products. Comfort shopping in a friendly atmosphere. What could be better.
