It is such a warm, friendly place to visit. Te staff is very efficient without being "hovering". I always take time to see what cute or practical gifts are in stock!

The staff was it exceptional and extremely helpful. We purchased a birdfeeder as well as bird food and the woman who is helping us offered to put our birdfeeder together for us as well as demonstrating how to use and clean it. She also gave us serval recommendations which were extremely helpful.

WBU is overall a great place to shop for bird products. I enjoy traveling across town to shop there.
