The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about what is there. They are always willing to answer questions and suggest the best food for the time of year, as to what the birds may need if it changes.

The item I wanted to high was in stock and the clerk knew exactly where it was. She knew which one was the “hot” one the squirrels wouldn’t eat. I’ve always had a good experience in the store.

Jada helped me with phone & explained the different seeds in store. Over the years shopping there, I missed the part about the “ No mess” seeds. That was most helpful to me.
