I was looking for a feeder with several tubes but you didn’t have one. I settled for one large tube.

First visit to this type store therefore we didn't know what to expect.

No face masks worn by associate

I do not appreciate the pricing for members vs nonmembers. I want to patronize the store and have in the past. But i do have trouble with needing to be charged a membership like Costco to shop there and get a discount.

Super Suet cannot be gotten. Tried other cakes but the birds really prefer the Super Suet (not the one with hot pepper. It's not the stores fault; can't get it from supplier.

My husband is a disabled vet and when he asked if there was a military discount the response was “no but thanks for asking” with a sarcastic laugh. It was extremely rude. It’s cool if you don’t have one but you don’t have to be nasty about it. Very disrespectful.
